Delivery Policy

All Westmonti products are digital files. No physical item will be shipped to you.

How Delivery Works

  • Place your order and complete your payment.
  • We send your file(s) to the email address you used at checkout.
  • Make sure your email address is correct when you place your order.

Delivery Time

Your files are sent within 12 hours of your payment being confirmed. If PayPal places a payment on hold for review, we send your files as soon as the payment is cleared.

File Formats

Products are delivered as PDF files unless the product page says otherwise. You can open them on a computer, tablet or phone, or print them at home.

Did Not Receive Your Files?

  • Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
  • Still nothing after 12 hours? Email us at contact@westmonti.com with your order number and we will resend your files.

Shipping Costs

Because all products are digital, there are no shipping fees and no customs charges.
